Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for DaemonFeed paid access.

Cancellation

You can cancel recurring access at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Default policy: payments are non-refundable once access has been provisioned, except where required by applicable law or in clear billing error cases.

Billing errors

If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.
